I think what you should consider or look out here is the reason for the delayed payments. If there is actually a legit reason and it's not something that happens on a regular basis, then i do not think it is right to call it scam.

If we are aware that payments will be delayed and they are further delayed for a week or 2 weeks then its fine but if we are not even aware then it could be a sign of scam

If things are discussed like that then there won't be any problem as we have faced delays on Referral Index forum but since we were aware of the delays so there was no issue about it

Yeah, I think it is only scam platforms that does not like to communicate the delay in payment with members. But legitimate platforms always do.

I've experienced delayed payment by a survey site. When I wrote to the Support, they got back to me promptly explaining the reason which I accepted. I also got payment from them not long after they solved the technical problem. If you experienced delayed payment and their Support did not reply to your enquiry, you should be worried.

Not necessarily especially if the site is a legit one it might just be a logistic kind of thing where the administration can't make payments at that time so it isn't
