Yes this is why the site is not good for tier 2 countries. The survey on the sites is mostly for those in tier 1 so making money might not be easy for tier 2 users

On the other hand, survey is a very good way to generate income online and you will make reasonable amount of money from it but it will not be a good source of income for people living in the lower-tier countries.

Surveys are really good but they don't work for me and even when I am eligible for a survey I get myself disqualified as I cannot work patiently with them so my earnings are zero from them

I have not heard about any site called time wall at all which gives one rewards for engaging in the site but I do know coinpayu and I have gained some little fraction of LTC from it a few years back.

Most times , I don't give in to anything survey because it has never worked for me , I always feel it depends on certain location, but I won't mind trying this out.

it really is a very good panel, but the fact of asking for KYC, it will end up squandering it, I made another account just to do the ptcs, but after a while he asked me again to pass KYC without letting me do even PTCs, having to pass KYC to make PTCs is something illogical.

I think the general cons=cession here is that time wall is not suitable to those of us living in tier 3 and tier 4 countries. We should thus focus on identifying and interrogating alternative online earning sites.

sooner or later they will asked you to pass a KYC, which I do not agree with, I used the platform to make PTCs, but it is silly that a panel of offers asks you KYC to make some simple PTCs.

True though but looking at it from another point of view, the pay is small but it is also better than notting. By the time you accumulate your points, for some time it might amount to something. And it is also a good way to earn free crypto.
