That is exactly how successful business people think.Business is all about interests and when once a big business drops interests and picks up sentiments, it won't work well for the business. I would have to make a decision like this with the interest of the business in mind.

They practice corruption.As long as they will help during election politicians will hire non competent people, that's the reality in local government. There are even employees here who logs in and out only and alleging they are doing research works, how can they do research works when they're not competent.

It also depends on how such staff leave. If it was a well discussed matter between the staff and management, it is easier for the staff to be rehired. If he or she just ghosted the organization, no way for him.

Barangay officials should be appointed based on credentials. Corruption begins at this level. Election violence are prevalent during barangay election. I am with you that school. infrastructure should be prioritized, though we see some teachers going to different places enjoying in the guise of benchmarking lol and of course using public money sponsored by the politicians lol.That would surely be the picture during the barangay election. It's a waste of money. Better spend the money constructing public schools for kids who live far away from public schools. Their intentions are so obvious for personal gains.

I think it still depends though, there are some who had no choice but to leave maybe due to the fact that their family was relocating to another place, the worker was about going to school. In such a case i really do not see anything wrong, especially if the worker have been doing well.The staff might only be coming back because he or she doesn't have any option. Why would he or she come back to my organization as a stop gap solution. I won't rehire.
